Information You Submit
Search-form entries, such as a name, phone number, or address, are sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatically Collected Details
Hosting systems create routine logs, including an IP address, browser details, pages requested, and times of access. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
We use the limited information for operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to County and Commonwealth record portals, archives, library collections, and outside search tools. The receiving service’s policy governs information submitted there, including through sponsored results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Providers that host or support this service process applicable server logs. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes stated here. The site has no user accounts, passwords, or user profiles to store.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Requests
Ask through the Contact page if you want to know about information we retain. Because this site keeps very little, the review normally concerns the contact mailbox and limited server logs. The research found no single Pennsylvania consumer-data statute that creates a universal deletion right for every service or public record. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, is an access process for government records, not a general correction or removal system. Requests about a public record belong with the office that created or holds it.
Policy Changes
We will post revisions to this policy here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
